Hi, I’m Kay; writer, dreamer, and lifelong storyteller. My journey began back in first grade with a simple classroom assignment I wasn’t ready to walk away from. I took it home, finished it with care, and unknowingly set a pattern that would follow me through life: stories that demand to be told, even if they remain unfinished, for now.
Today, with over a dozen story beginnings and countless ideas scribbled in notebooks, my husband encouraged me to create a space for them all. A blog where imagination takes center stage. You’ll find them under the Short Stories section.

My Story
Hello, and welcome to my little corner of the internet. I’m a stay-at-home mom, married to the most supportive man I know, and raising two energetic, curious, and endlessly imaginative little boys. Alongside them, a small but lively crew of animals who always manage to find their way into the heart of our home.
My days are filled with cuddles, chaos, story time, and snack requests. Though somewhere in between, I chase my passion for writing and reading. I’ve always loved stories: the kind that sweep you away, make your heart ache, or bring a smile to your face long after the final page. That love has grown into something more—something I’m finally sharing here.
Helping build this website and breathing life into the stories I’ve carried with me for years has been a dream made possible by my husband’s unwavering encouragement. He’s cheered me on during the late-night writing marathons, believed in my characters when I doubted myself, and reminded me why I started this journey in the first place.
